The data is growing and the repercussions in the medium and long term should not be underestimated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Lack or poor sleep quality<\/b> affects attention span, memory, and learning. It also increases the risk factor for heart disease, obesity, hypertension and diabetes. Sleep deprivation can weaken the immune system and even cause some forms of cancer.
