Delivery Service with Representative
Beltalia is delighted to offer its customers a delivery service that includes a visit from an expert on the massage mattress and its accessories. A special service in which one of our representatives meets you at the designated delivery point together with the courier.
The representative will personally present the purchased product and provide you with all the information and advice needed for proper use. Moreover, our staff will assist you throughout purchased item assembly and product testing.
The service is available against reservation and can also be requested after making a purchase from Beltalia. All you have to do is wait for the arrival – within a few hours of making your purchase – of the confirmation email detailing the products and additional services. A Beltalia staff member will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment and organise the representative’s visit as per your instructions and preferences. The cost of the service depends on the place of delivery.
First Night Check Service
If you want to be absolutely sure of your purchase, we give you plenty of time to try it out and will even pass by after that first night’s rest on your new massage mattress. Beltalia offers a truly exclusive additional service: the First Night Check Service.
With this service the Beltalia representative – after helping you with delivery and presenting the product (Delivery Service with Representative) – will pass by in person the following morning to listen to comments and suggestions in order to customise and optimise the set-up according to your requirements.
The First Night Check Service goes together with the Delivery Service with Representative. The service is available against reservation and can also be requested after making a purchase from Beltalia (as above). The cost of the service depends on the place of delivery.
